In addition, we work only with verified sellers, and all orders and payments are processed through our secure platform to ensure a safe and reliable shopping experience.
Placing an order on Fursaad is quick and easy:
Browse products and select the item you want.
Choose any available options (such as size, scent, or quantity).
Click Add to Cart or Buy Now.
Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your delivery details and select a payment method.
Confirm your order to complete the purchase.
The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout before you place your order.
You can cancel or change your order before it is shipped.
Go to My Account → Orders
Open the order you want to cancel or change
Click Cancel Order if the option is available
Once an order has been shipped or approved for shipping, it can no longer be canceled or changed. In this case, you may need to follow the return process after delivery, depending on the seller’s return policy.
For custom or made-to-order items, cancellation or changes may not be possible once the seller has started processing the order.

You can track your order in two ways:
Option 1: Track without logging in
Go to the Track Your Order page
Enter your Order ID and phone number
Click Track to view your order status and delivery updates
Option 2: Track from your account
Log in to My Account
Go to Orders
Select the order to view its status, shipping details, and tracking link (if available)
Tracking details will be updated once the order is processed or shipped.
Return eligibility and conditions are determined by the seller, not Fursaad.
To request a return:
Log in to My Account
Go to Orders
Select the order you want to return
Submit a Return Request with the reason
The seller will review your request and respond according to their return policy, which is shown on the product page.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on the next steps.
For any issues, Fursaad may assist if the case is escalated.
