This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping of products purchased on Fursaad Marketplace. It applies to all buyers and sellers using the platform. Fursaad acts as the central authority for managing delivery fees, logistics pricing, and shipping rules across the marketplace.

2. Seller Responsibilities
2.1  Follow Fursaad’s Shipping Fees

Sellers must adhere to the official shipping fee structure set by Fursaad. Delivery fees are determined by Fursaad and applied automatically at checkout.

2.2 Free Delivery Funding

If a seller wishes to offer “Free Delivery,” the delivery cost will still apply, but the seller must cover the delivery fee on behalf of the buyer. Fursaad will deduct the delivery cost from the seller’s balance during settlement.

2.3 Display Shipping Information

Sellers must display clear and accurate shipping information for each product, including estimated delivery dates and available shipping methods provided by Fursaad.

2.4 Package Products Securely

Sellers must ensure that all items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

2.5 Process Orders Promptly

Orders must be processed within the timeframe specified on Fursaad or within a reasonable operational period if none is stated.

2.6 Provide Accurate Order Status

Once an order is shipped through Fursaad’s logistics workflow, sellers must update the order status accurately.

2.7 Comply with Regulations

Sellers must ensure all shipments follow UAE shipping regulations, courier guidelines, and packaging requirements.

3. Buyer Responsibilities
3.1 Provide Accurate Shipping Information

Buyers must provide a complete and correct shipping address during checkout.

3.2 Choose a Shipping Option

Buyers can select from the available shipping methods set by Fursaad.

3.3 Track Orders

Buyers are encouraged to track their shipments and report any issues promptly.

4. Shipping Options and Costs

Shipping fees are set and controlled by Fursaad, based on service type, distance, and region within the UAE.

At checkout, buyers will see the delivery fee calculated for each seller’s store based on Fursaad’s delivery pricing model.

Sellers cannot change or override Fursaad’s delivery fees.

5. Delivery Costs Structure

Fursaad defines the delivery fees for all stores on the marketplace.

✔ Delivery cost is applied per store during checkout
✔ Sellers who offer “Free Delivery” must pay the delivery fee on behalf of the buyer
✔ Fursaad deducts the delivery charge from the seller’s earnings during settlement

Examples:

Example 1:
You order items from Seller A.
Fursaad’s delivery fee for that order = AED 15
Checkout will display AED 15.

Example 2:
You order items from Seller A and Seller B.
Fursaad’s delivery fee structure:
• Seller A: AED 15
• Seller B: AED 20
Your checkout delivery total = AED 35

Example 3 – Free Delivery Promotion by Seller:
Seller A activates "Free Delivery."
Fursaad fee = AED 15
Buyer pays = AED 0
Seller pays AED 15 during settlement.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time depends on:
• The courier or delivery method assigned by Fursaad
• The buyer’s location
• Seller’s order preparation time

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are guidelines and may vary due to operational or external factors.

7. Returns and Refunds

For full details on returns, exchanges, and refunds, please refer to the Returns Policy available on Fursaad.

8. Lost or Damaged Goods

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery:

  1. Buyers must contact the seller first.
  2. If no resolution is reached, Fursaad may step in to review the case and mediate based on the platform’s policies.

Fursaad may request evidence such as photos, courier details, or packaging confirmation.

9. Disclaimer

Fursaad Marketplace acts as a platform facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.
While we work to ensure smooth deliveries, Fursaad is not liable for:
• Delays caused by couriers or external circumstances
• Damage resulting from inadequate packaging by sellers
• Disputes between buyers and sellers outside the platform workflow

10. Updates and Amendments

Fursaad reserves the right to revise or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
